I wanted to have a fire pit in the galley for cooking purposes (because it looks cool). It was 3x3 with a stone bottom and stone top, and the fire in the center. The first time I suspended the top from the bottom with fence posts, which are flammable, and the fire escaped. The second time I encased the gap between the two halves with glass, thinking it would be safe, but apparently fire can travel upwards 4 blocks, through things like stone (?!) Maybe that’s a glitch, I do not know.. but it happened.
